Goals of this Website

Goal #1: To introduce and help define several of the advance directives currently available in the state of Illinois.

Goal #2: To explain the differences between four different Illinois advance directives in Illinois.

Goal #3: To help you understand why it may be important to create your own advance directives for future health care needs.

Goal #4: To help educate the public on certain limitations, restrictions, guidelines and caveats about four of the advance directives introduced by this site.
